Actual terms depend on the security, the exit and an assessment of the borrower, and are confirmed in writing only if a facility proceeds. Read any figure together with the rates and fees page.

Browsing this site or sending an enquiry creates no obligation on you, and it is not a commitment by us to provide funding. We assess each enquiry on its merits. Any facility proceeds only under separate written loan documents, and the entity providing the funding appears on those documents at execution. Until those documents are signed, nothing is binding.

Business-purpose lending only

Lienhouse arranges funding for business and investment purposes for Australian companies and trusts. It is not consumer credit. Where credit is provided wholly or predominantly for business purposes, it is not regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) or the National Credit Code. The consumer protections that apply to personal, domestic or household lending — including the responsible-lending obligations — therefore do not apply. If you are borrowing for a personal, domestic or household purpose, this site is not for you.
